Great experience with window world from the salesman to the installers. The only feedback I have is if you are getting windows with the grids in them and you want white, know that there will be a green tint to them due to the tinting of the window. I would have loved for someone to tell me that before I ordered.

Finally, after many frustrating and disappointing appointments with window companies such as Champion and Performance , and being astounded at the prices they were charging per window I found Window World. A friend led me to make an appointment with Window World. She had used them and was very happy. The prices were 50% less and the quality as good if not better than the other companies. Purchasing through installation was perfect and on time. During the 7/4/26 storm my home(roof, fence, siding shingles and tree through my HVAC condenser right next to the new windows) was damaged but the windows were secure. The windows were not damaged and kept my home comfortable until electricity came back on several days later. Window World windows are beautiful and amazing.

Outstanding overall experience! Rex from sales came to our house and gave a very clear and thorough description of the purchase process. He included available discounts, provided the pricing and an approximate arrival date. Warehouse arrival was delayed a couple weeks, but installation occurred shortly after arrival.
Jacob and his installation crew were very professional, friendly and efficient. They installed 16 windows in two days. The windows are energy efficient, attractive and under warranty. We’re very pleased with the results.
Rex checked on us during the installation process, and even delivered a gift bag with warm cookies! This was our third purchase from Window World and we highly recommend them. Superb work!
